| Q: |
"When I click on a section and load the seat map, I can't navigate through the Map related pages because the sidebar doesn't load. Do you know what's wrong?" |
A: |
This problem happens with Microsoft Internet Explorer on the Macintosh. Try downloading Netscape, which better supports the site functions. You can download it here. |

| Q: |
"How can I return to the section level map after clicking to a section seatmap?" |
A: |
You can do this one of two ways: 1) click on the tiny section map diagram in the upper left corner of the Seat Map. 2) click on the button in the purple sidebar that reads 'Section Map'. |

| Q: |
"When I try to load a seat map, I see this error message in the status bar "Error loading image; check Java Console!". I'm using America Online on a PC computer, if that helps." |
A: |
This may help solve the problem (for both PC and Macintosh users):
1. Go to "my AOL" / Preferences
2. Select the "WWW" icon
3. Go to the "Web Graphics" tab
4. Turn OFF the "Use compressed graphics" check box
5. Hit OK and exit "my AOL"
6. Site should now function properly
The other solution is to start AOL, but use another browser like Netscape or IE, rather than the native AOL browser. Those work fine, even without the change described above. |
