Lead Generator

 
Position Summary

As a Lead Generator you will be a critical element of our sales success. It will be your responsibility to set appointments for the sales people via email, phone and social media campaigns.

The Lead Generator will report to the VP of Sales and will be based at SeatAdvisor’s headquarters in San Diego, CA (local applicants only).

Responsibilities
S/he is responsible for generating consistent and high quality inbound lead flow through email and phone campaigns. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads
  • Generate outbound leads through phone campaigns (50+ outbound calls per day)
  • Successfully schedule qualified sales appointments for the Sales Team
  • Follow-up with leads via email and phone in coordination with the Sales Team
  • Update lead and prospect data into our CRM system, NetSuite
Experience and Qualifications:*

  • At least one year of experience with high volume outbound calling
  • At least one year selling tickets for performing arts venues (preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with performing arts prospects over the phone
  • Experience using social medial such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter for lead generation
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office or Google Apps computer skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and experience, with the ability to work tactfully with the rest of the sales and marketing team to drive value together
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Theater or other related field required.

Full Stack Software Engineer

Your role…

  • You’ll be a core team member building a smarter ticketing platform for performing arts and sports organizations.
  • You’ll work with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and fellow developers to build both web and mobile components.
  • You’ll be working across the team, bringing everyone’s specializations together into a final product.
  • You’ll be responsible for rapidly developing new features, without sacrificing quality, while maintaining and improving the existing product.
  • You’ll review your teammates code and have your code reviewed to encourage consistent excellence and shared knowledge.

  • Experience in an agile development environment, grounded in metrics
  • Willing to balance developing new and innovative applications as well as debug/refactor existing code
  • Accurately identify and estimate work tasks for project schedules that you consistently deliver against on time

Director of Product Support

 

Duties
The Director of Product Support provides customer and user technical assistance of the SABO computer ticketing application and overseeing the NetSuite ERP/CRM systems used to document customer and user support. Interactions. The Director of Product Support will also supervise 3 customer support subordinates to ensure that all customer technical support questions are answered related to the company’s applications. The Director of Product Support also develops work efficiency analysis, procedures, and protocol to troubleshoot all features of the SABO ticketing application to positively enhance and support customer and user experience.

Required
24 months experience providing training & implementing the SABO ticketing application and managing NetSuite ERP/CRM systems.
